July 15 before the Summer Party: Master's Thesis Advising Day

News from Jul 06, 2022

On 15.07.2022 (the morning before the summer festival), the OEI would like to invite advanced students (from the 2nd semester) to an Open Space on finding a topic for the Master's thesis and on the working process. We would like to present the requirements of the master thesis and discuss and develop first topic ideas from your side together.

The Open Space is not a colloquium in which finished concepts are to be discussed and presented, but a first, low-threshold discussion offer to exchange ideas, develop questions and clarify methodological-theoretical inquiries. The event is intended as a non-binding opportunity for discussion. Questions can be discussed in the group as well as in individual conversations. The offer is primarily aimed at students who have not yet started the writing process but are planning to register their master's thesis next year.

To prepare for the Open Space, please fill out the attached topic sheet and return it to your chosen research area by July 11.

Please find times and rooms in the table below. If you are in the project course: Mr. Wach is aware of the advising day and any resulting absences.
