Job responsibilities: 

•  Contribute to the development of credit scoring systems for MFIs and banks in emerging markets

• Conduct statistical analyses of borrowers’ data in MFIs and banks

• Analyze the quality of data provided by external sources

• Provide recommendations on improvement of MIS

• Market BFC’s credit scoring products through presentations to potential clients, participation in industry events, etc.

• Contribute to the development of new products related to credit scoring.

• University degree in econometrics, statistics or related field
• Practical experience in data analysis software (Excel, SPSS, SAS or similar)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
• Fluency in English.
