On September 21 at 4:00 PM, the Osteuropa-Institut will host a book presentation for Normalization Platform: The Return of the Future. The book draws on findings from a research project examining Russia’s prospects for returning to the path of a “normal country” (see https://www.reforms.io/normalizaciya). Featured speakers include Pavel Malyi, Kirill Rogov, Kirill Titaev, Andrei Yakovlev, and other project contributors.
