The Online Subject Selection Assistant (OSA) is intended to help you gain insight into the Master's program in Eastern European Studies at the Institute for Eastern European Studies (OEI) of Freie Universität Berlin. In the following, we would like to point out the special features of the program.

Students of Eastern European Studies acquire region-specific knowledge with regard to Eastern Europe. During their studies, students have the option of studying either interdisciplinarily or predominantly subject-related. Graduates pursue a variety of challenging and interesting careers in a variety of fields.

The OSA below has a modular structure. Click through the individual areas, which can be accessed using the tabs in the main menu and the arrows on the right and left sides of the screen.
