End of May, Prof. Dr. Roman Kalytchak from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv visited the chair for a week and presented his current research dealing with the recent elections in Ukraine and their implications, as well as the EU-Ukrainian relations since the 1990s.

Similarly, Prof. Dr. Kornely K. Kakachia, faculty member of the Tibilisi State University, was hosted at the Institute for a week in June and contributed to OEI activities through various lectures, mainly focusing on the foreign policy of Georgia and the changing domestic political landscape.
