Stanislav Klimovich is a Russian political scientist and PhD Student at the Free University Berlin (Germany). He used to work as a risk-analyst at the Summa Group and as an expert at the Center for Strategic Research in Moscow, Russia. Stanislav is an author at the Moscow Carnegie-Center.

 

In 2016 he achieved his master’s degree in political science at the Higher School of Economics, HSE Moscow with a research on coalition formation at the regional level in Germany. His academic interests are in the field of State Capacity and Quality of Governance in Russia, federalism and decentralization in Russia and Germany as well as multilevel coalition formation in parliamentary democracies. He published his works in the Russian scientific journals The Baltic Region and Political Science.
