Serhiy Yakubovsky is the head of the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations of Odessa National University, Doctor of Science, Professor, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Higher School of Ukraine, Fulbright Alumnus, Visiting Fellow at Yale (1999), Columbia (2004/2005), Regensburg (2010) Universities, DAAD scholar at the Institute of the World Economy, Kiel (2014). Visiting Lecturer at the University of Foggia (March 2016), at the University of Bologna (October-November 2017), at the Free University of Berlin (April-May 2018; January 2019). One of the leading fellows in National Financial Systems Stability research, author of more than 180 scientific publications. Member of Scientific Committees of two European Union Journals – “Journal Global Policy and Governance” and “Journal Transition Studies Review” that are currently indexed by Scopus.
