From the 5th to the 6th October, the second Annual Conference of the University Consortium took place in Washington, D.C. Funded by Carnegie Corporation, and hosted by the Kennan Institute, all University Consortium partners have been present to discuss current pressing topics, issues and challenges in the relations between Russia, Europe and the United States.
