Zwei Mitglieder der Abteilung Soziologie der Moskauer Higher School of Economics führen in Mai-Juni 2014 einen Forschungsaufenthalt am Soziologie-Lehrstuhl des Osteuropa-Instituts durch:
Zoya Kotelnikova, Candidate of Sciences in Sociology (HSE, Moscow), Associate Professor of Sociology and Senior Research Fellow affiliated with the Laboratory for Studies in Economic Sociology at Faculty of Sociology of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, conducts a two month research stay at the Institute for East-European Studies from 01. May to 30. June, 2014. During this stay, she is working on the research paper devoted to counterfeit alcohol consumption in contemporary Russia.
Christopher S. Swader, Ph.D. (BIGSSS, Bremen), Assistant Prof. of Sociology, Senior Lecture with the Laboratory for Comparative Social Research, of the National Research University - Higher School of Economics, conducts a short-term research stay with the Osteuropa-Institut from 07. May to 05. June, 2014. During this time, he is advancing his research related to two publications: (1) "Post-socialist anomie through the lens of economic modernization and the formalization of social control "and (2) "On the Characteristics and Prevalence of Compensated Dating in Moscow, Minsk, and Kyiv".
