Since 2023, with the support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the joint interdisciplinary program between the Free University of Berlin and Tbilisi State University, titled "Germany in the South Caucasus: Institutions and Development" (Deutschland in Südkaukasus: Institutionen & Entwicklung (DESK)), has been successfully underway. The program is led by Professor Theocharis Grigoriadis.
