If you are interested in a Ph.D., please contact the heads of the departments at the Insitute for East European Studies. A Ph.D. in “East European Studies” is not possible. Ph.D's can only be obtained in the five disciplines currently represented at the OEI. The Dahlem Research School | Center for Junior Researchers; serves as a center for early career researchers at FU Berlin.
